 　　What will I be when I grow up?

　　When I grow up I’ll work with animals. I don’t know which job yet.

　　我長(zhǎng)大了要和動(dòng)物在一起工作，但我還不確定是哪一個(gè)。

　　Maybe like my brother, he’s a special vet.

　　可能會(huì)像我哥哥一樣，他是一名特殊的獸醫(yī)。

　　He looks after scary snakes, some just out of eggs.

　　他負(fù)責(zé)照看恐怖嚇人的蛇，有些還是剛剛從蛋里出來。

　　He says that they are easy as they don’t have any legs.

　　他說照看蛇其實(shí)很容易，因?yàn)樗鼈儧]有腿。

　　My father is a scientist. He works to save rare birds.

　　我的父親是一位科學(xué)家。他的工作是拯救稀有的鳥類。

　　Some are really clever, and can even say some words.

　　有一些鳥真的很聰明，甚至?xí)�說一些話。

　　My mother is a dog groomer. She loves dogs, big or small.

　　我的母親是一位狗狗化妝師。她十分喜愛狗，無論是大的還是小的。

　　Once she styled a poodle, it looked just like a ball.

　　有一次她為一只卷毛獅子狗做造型，后來那只狗看上去就像一只球。

　　My sister, she trains dolphins. They practise in the pool.

　　She hears them talk and sing - that sounds really cool!

　　她聽海豚們說話、唱歌——那聽上去真是太酷了!

　　So many animal jobs to choose but which one’s right for me?

　　有那么多有關(guān)動(dòng)物的工作讓我選擇，但哪一個(gè)才適合我呢?

　　Because I’m only 10 years old, I’ll have to wait and see.
